The Master of Public Health at Western Sydney University is a two-year postgraduate degree designed for international students who want to advance their careers in health and community sectors. The program focuses on understanding and assessing all determinants of health — including social, environmental and physical risk factors — and developing strategies to address public health issues such as disease prevention, health promotion and health systems management. Students build skills in epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, program evaluation and applied research, with opportunities for a culminating research or practice experience.
