The Master of Public Health equips students with advanced knowledge and skills to analyse, interpret and respond to population health challenges locally and globally.
Students study core units such as epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, public health principles, Indigenous health and qualitative research methods, combined with specialist electives in areas like global health, environmental health, health systems, communicable disease control, health promotion, and more. There is also the option to undertake a supervised research project — giving practical or research-oriented specialization depending on interest.
