Program Overview

The Master of Project Management at Western Sydney University prepares international students with advanced skills in managing projects across a range of industries including construction, IT, engineering, business and services. Students learn to plan, execute and lead complex projects, manage project life cycles, control costs, maintain quality standards, manage risks and stakeholders, build efficient schedules, and lead project teams effectively.
