Program Overview

The Master of Project Management at CQUniversity Australia provides comprehensive training in both the technical and human dimensions of project leadership. Aligned with global Project Management Institute (PMI) standards, the course combines coursework with core project management principles and offers a final‑year choice of research, practicum or internship streams to deepen practical skills. Students learn to plan, implement and evaluate projects within diverse organisational contexts and gain strategic capabilities sought by employers across industries.
