The Master of Project Management and Business at APIC equips international students with advanced project management, strategic leadership, research and business expertise. The two-year program combines core units in project planning, enterprise resource planning, risk management, procurement, research methodology and applied project work with a choice of electives that deepen capabilities in ICT or health sectors. The curriculum is aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), preparing graduates for senior project and business leadership roles across industries.
