Program Overview

The Master of Professional Accounting at ACAP University College is a professionally accredited 2-year postgraduate degree that equips international students with advanced expertise in accounting practice, business reporting, management accounting, tax law, data analytics, economics and corporate governance. The curriculum combines rigorous academic foundations with applied accounting skills and practical work-integrated learning opportunities, preparing graduates to address real-world financial challenges ethically and strategically. Students complete 12 core units mapped to the competency areas of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and CPA Australia (CPA), plus 4 elective units in areas such as small to medium business management (SMB) or business management and administration (BMA). The course’s professional accreditation means it meets the standards expected by major accounting bodies — supporting graduates’ career mobility in Australia and globally.
