Program Overview

The Master of Human Resource Management at Western Sydney University equips international students with advanced strategic and practical skills in managing people and workplace relations. The course builds a deep understanding of employment relations, organisational development, talent management, workplace strategy and HR analytics, within a framework inspired by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) capabilities and designed to foster knowledge into practice. It prepares graduates for HR leadership roles across industries and global work environments.
