Program Overview
The Master of Construction Management at Victoria University equips international students with advanced knowledge and practical skills to lead and manage large-scale building and infrastructure projects. The program balances theory and professional practice with a strong focus on real-world construction challenges. Students engage in detailed case studies and hands-on exercises, learning how to plan complex construction works, manage project risk, control budgets and schedules, and integrate emerging technologies such as data analytics, robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) into construction processes. Graduates complete 600 hours of professional work placement to gain industry experience and demonstrate their capabilities to employers.
