Master of Business in Global Hotel Leadership

Program Overview

The Master of Business in Global Hotel Leadership at Southern Cross University’s The Hotel School is a two-year postgraduate degree designed for international students aiming for leadership, strategic and management roles in the global hospitality industry. Developed in collaboration with major hotel groups such as AccorHotels, InterContinental Hotel Group and TFE Hotel Group, the course builds an advanced understanding of hotel operations, asset management, service design, disruptive technologies, business management and strategic leadership in the hotel, tourism and leisure sectors.

The program also offers an optional professional internship to gain real-world industry experience and build professional networks.
