Program Overview:

The Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Management program will give you the tools to answer the call of the dynamic and international hotel, resort and restaurant industry — which will reward you with career opportunities in any destination around the world.

• GPA: 60% or above

• IELTS: Overall 6.5 no band below than 6.0

2. Identify and select appropriate food and beverage and management strategies according to the hospitality environment 

3. Evaluate financial principles (marketing, budgets, cost controls, revenue management) and the effect they have on the overall financial health of the hospitality enterprise 

4. Judge the effectiveness of a variety of hospitality health, safety, security and crisis management plans that attempt to minimize risks 

5. Evaluate the quality, practice, marketing and business models used in the hospitality industry 

6. Develop appropriate recreational activities according to the hospitality environment
