Program Overview

The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is a vocational qualification developed for international students to build advanced skills in planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality early childhood education and care programs. Students combine classroom learning with structured industry placements to gain real-world experience in early learning services under the Australian National Quality Framework. This prepares graduates for leadership roles in centres such as room leader, educational leader or coordinator in childcare and early learning settings.
