Learning Outcomes:

1. Customize enterprise content management software securely, to facilitate operational interrelationships across functional areas of a business.

2. Identify, analyze and document stakeholder business and system requirements to develop relevant content management system solutions.

3. Interpret, create, and present relevant ICT work-related documents and information effectively and accurately to ensure clear communication between stakeholders.

4. Apply project management principles to facilitate completion of document management tasks and projects.

5. Identify legal, ethical and intellectual property issues in enterprise content management projects and propose strategies to address these issues.
