Overview:
This business cooperative education program will provide you with the opportunity to explore accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations and supply chain management, small business and project management. You’ll study and collaborate with future colleagues, networking with experienced professors. Your concepts of leadership, whether with a small business, in entry-level management, in the not-for-profit sector, or within corporations, will be nurtured and challenged. You’ll also gain valuable work experience during a paid co-op work term and develop real business skills.
If you have an interest in all aspects of business, this co-op program is for you. You’ll explore ethical and sustainable business practices as well as individual areas of business that are of greater interest to you. You’ll be exposed to business that meets the needs of a career in management, whether in a large organization or a family business.
This business co-op program will also provide you with the opportunity to earn education credits toward the Certified in Management (CIM) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management.
