Business Administration -Leadership and Management

Overview:

Students who have completed the two-year business diploma program can continue for a third year to earn an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in business administration management.

Students will explore subject matter including strategic planning, leadership principles and practices, performance management, social responsibility, sustainability, organizational change, global business, and creativity and innovation in business. Additionally, students foster the decision-making skills that are in demand in today's economy. Experiential learning is integral to the program, allowing students to explore management in practice and apply their skills. 
 

Graduates of this program will have earned all the education credits required for the Certified in Management (CIM) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management. Graduates who meet admission requirements are also eligible for transfer to the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) degree. They may be qualified to complete a degree at many other post-secondary institutions or complement their advanced diploma with a graduate certificate offered at Fanshawe.
