Program Overview

The Bachelor of Psychological Science at Southern Cross University is a three-year undergraduate degree designed for international students who want to understand human thought, emotion and behaviour through scientific research and psychological principles. The course covers subjects such as social psychology, cross-cultural psychology, cognitive processes, biological bases of behaviour, psychological assessment, research design and statistics, and you’ll develop strong analytical, problem-solving and evidence-based reasoning skills. The program also allows you flexibility to combine psychology with elective or shared major units from other disciplines and can act as a pathway to postgraduate study or professional accreditation pathways in psychology.

Specialisation Options

The Bachelor of Psychological Science is structured to allow core psychology learning plus flexible study options such as:
