Program Overview

The Bachelor of Pharmacy with Honours at UTAS is a professional undergraduate degree that prepares students to become medication experts in healthcare teams. It blends pharmaceutical science with clinical practice and includes extensive work-integrated learning — notably professional experience placements (PEP) totalling at least 400 hours. Practical training occurs in community pharmacies, hospitals and health settings in Australia and potentially international locations. The degree is accredited by the Australian Pharmacy Council and meets the academic requirements for pharmacy registration.
