Program Overview
The Bachelor of Nursing at UniSQ prepares students for professional practice as registered nurses through a curriculum that combines theory, clinical simulation and extensive hands‑on placement experience in diverse healthcare settings. Nearly 50% of the degree is devoted to clinical practice, including simulated on‑campus labs and real placements in hospitals, community health services, aged care, mental health and rural clinics. The program aligns with Australian nursing standards and prepares graduates to meet registration requirements with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
