Program Overview

The Bachelor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Excelsia University College equips international students with practical business leadership, management theory and entrepreneurial capabilities. The program blends core management skills — including organisational behaviour, strategic planning, marketing, finance and human resources — with entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and venture creation. Students learn to develop and pitch business concepts, lead teams, solve real-world problems, design innovative business models and manage operations across sectors. Applied projects, case studies, collaborations and industry engagement form key parts of the learning experience.
