Program Overview

The Bachelor of Human Services at Equals International College is a three-year undergraduate degree for international students who want to pursue careers in community, welfare and human services sectors. The curriculum focuses on developing practical skills and theoretical knowledge in client support, case management, ethical service delivery, advocacy, social policy, diversity and inclusion, trauma-informed practice and community engagement. You’ll complete applied learning and professional practice elements that prepare you to work effectively with individuals, families and communities across a range of human services settings. The course emphasises client-centred practice and connects theory with real-world professional contexts to equip graduates with the capacity to support wellbeing, inclusion and positive community outcomes.
