Bachelor of Hospitality Management

Program Overview

The Bachelor of Hospitality Management at Melbourne Polytechnic is a 3-year immersive undergraduate degree designed to build international students’ management capabilities alongside practical, real-world hospitality skills. The curriculum combines foundational business topics such as economics, accounting, marketing and management with specialised hospitality units covering food and beverage operations, accommodation management, event planning and strategic hospitality leadership. Throughout the program, students engage in hands-on learning experiences, real scenario projects and industry practices that prepare them to lead and make critical decisions across a wide range of hospitality, tourism and service environments including hotels, resorts, events venues, restaurants and winery operations.

• IELTS 6.0 overall (no band less than 5.5) or equivalent
