The Bachelor of Criminology and Justice at ACAP University College is a 3-year undergraduate degree that equips international students with a deep understanding of criminal behaviour, the justice system, crime prevention and multidisciplinary responses to complex social issues. Students explore how laws, policies and justice institutions operate — including their effects on vulnerable groups such as Indigenous Australians, youth and people with mental health challenges — while developing practical skills in case management, ethical decision making and policy analysis. The curriculum blends core criminological theories with applied learning on contemporary justice topics such as drug-related crime, mental health and criminal justice intersections, victimology and crime prevention strategies. Graduates are prepared for careers across justice, community and law-related sectors.
