Program Overview

The Bachelor of Business at Melbourne Polytechnic is a 3-year undergraduate degree that equips international students with broad, industry-relevant business knowledge and applied skills to succeed in today’s evolving global business environment. Built through consultation with industry specialists and academic experts, the course covers foundational business operations, management principles, marketing, economics, law and finance. As students progress, they can tailor their learning by choosing units aligned with special interests such as management, marketing or entrepreneurship. In the final year, the curriculum culminates in a capstone project where students apply their learning to real-world business challenges, preparing graduates for strategic roles across diverse sectors and enabling pathways to postgraduate study or professional careers in business leadership, strategy and innovation.
