The Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management at Southern Cross University (The Hotel School) is a three-year undergraduate degree for international students that combines core business fundamentals (such as marketing, finance and human resource management) with specialist hospitality and hotel management skills — including service design and innovation, accommodation operations, food & beverage management and asset protection.
