The Bachelor of Agricultural Science at Murdoch University equips international students with the scientific knowledge and practical skills needed to understand and address contemporary agriculture and food production challenges. You’ll build foundational expertise in plant and animal science, crop and pasture systems, animal health and agricultural analysis, alongside hands-on experience on campus farms, laboratories and industry settings. The flexible structure allows you to specialise in one or more majors — such as Animal Science, Animal Health or Crop and Pasture Science — and choose minors like Equine Science or Applied Animal Production. You’ll graduate ready for careers in agricultural research, agribusiness, livestock and crop management, biosecurity, sustainable farming and related sectors.
