Program Overview

The Bachelor of Accounting at Melbourne Polytechnic is a 3-year undergraduate degree designed to equip international students with practical and theoretical accounting and business expertise. The program builds strong foundations in taxation, auditing, financial and management accounting, corporate reporting, law, information systems and sustainable business practices. Students can tailor their studies by choosing specialisations such as Business Analytics or Marketing or recommended electives from management and marketing disciplines. The curriculum also includes hands-on learning, real-world case studies, and opportunities to apply accounting knowledge to business decision-making, preparing graduates for diverse accounting and finance careers in Australia and globally.
