Program Overview

The Master of Project Management at ECU equips international students with the practical and theoretical skills needed to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate projects across diverse industries. The program emphasises project integration, scheduling, risk and quality management, leadership, and contemporary project practices. Students also have opportunities to specialise in areas such as finance, human resource management, marketing, supply chain & logistics, information systems, business analytics, or cybersecurity.
