Program Overview

The Bachelor of Information Technology (Cyber Security) at Chisholm Institute is a three-year undergraduate degree designed for international students who want to build advanced skills in protecting digital systems, networks and data against modern cyber threats. It combines theory and practical industry-aligned training across core IT foundations — including networking, operating systems and programming — with specialised cyber security topics such as ethical hacking, penetration testing, digital forensics, secure software development, cloud security, risk management and incident response.

Students engage in hands-on labs, simulated security environments and real-world scenario projects to prepare for the cyber defence needs of business, government, finance, healthcare and technology sectors.
