The Bachelor of Community Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs at Chisholm Institute is a three-year undergraduate degree designed for international students who want to work in non-clinical community health settings supporting people experiencing mental health challenges, substance use issues and social disadvantage. You’ll develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge in alcohol and other drugs (AOD), mental health practice, client advocacy, community development, intervention strategies, legal/ethical frameworks, working with diverse populations, and support across the lifespan.
