Bachelor of Business (Management and Leadership)

Program Overview

The Bachelor of Business (Management and Leadership) at Chisholm Institute is a two-year undergraduate degree for international students that emphasizes real-world business skills, strategic thinking and leadership practice. Students learn key business fundamentals such as accounting, finance, economics, marketing, business analytics, IT and law alongside deeper specialist skills in strategic management, change management, global leadership, entrepreneurship, risk management and decision-making. The course integrates work-integrated learning projects and team-based industry tasks to ensure graduates are ready for modern business environments.

The program is structured so that students with a relevant diploma can enter directly into the bachelor and complete the degree in 2 years. On successful completion of part of the program, students may exit with an Associate Degree if they choose.
